NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Joseph Colley that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being convened and will be held on 21 July 2025 at 11.00am. The purpose of the virtual meeting is to seek decisions from the creditors of the above named Company to approve the Administrator’s Proposals and to form a Creditors’ Committee, and if one is not formed, to seek decisions approving the pre-Administration costs, fixing the basis of the Administrator’s remuneration and their Fees Estimate, and other decisions pertinent to the Administration.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at the offices of CBW Recovery LLP, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
