PETROLEUM ACT 1998
NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION
The North Sea Transition Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by CNOOC Petroleum Europe Limited whose address is Second Floor, Building 3 Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, United Kingdom, UB8 1DH for the construction and use of a pipeline between the Scott PLEM and Scott SWIM.
The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) is the business name of the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA). The OGA remains the legal name of the company. References in this notice to the NSTA should be interpreted as the OGA.
Except with the consent of the NSTA, the 69 Millimetre hydraulic control pipeline shall only be used to convey Hydraulic Fluid.
The pipeline may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the NSTA, by other persons.
CNOOC Petroleum Europe Limited have been appointed operator of the pipeline.
