Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 June 2025, Euro Choice V LP and WCTPT Choice LP (the “Transferors”) transferred the entirety of their interests held in Silverfleet Capital Partners II LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015812) (the “Partnership”) to Davos SCSp (the “Transferee”). Consequently, on such date the Transferors ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
