Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/06/2025, I, Bethany Maria-Malatesta Atha, 30 Springs Terrace Ilkley LS29 8ST, Married/Civil Partnership British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Bethany Maria Brogden and assumed the name of Bethany Maria-Malatesta Atha.
