Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/06/2025, I, Lewis James Jones, 409 Richmond Road Sheffield S13 8LT, Single British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Lewis James Bailey and assumed the name of Lewis James Jones.
