Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/10/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/06/2025, I, Rebecca Katharine Owen-Keats, 15 Cankthorn Court Arthur Street Wimblebury Cannock WS12 2RZ, Single British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rebecca Katharine Smith and assumed the name of Rebecca Katharine Owen-Keats.
