Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11/10/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/06/2025, I, Kimberley Florence Elise Philpott, 104 Redhoave Road Canford Heath Poole BH17 9DR, Married/Civil Partnership British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kimberley Nicole Mellor and assumed the name of Kimberley Florence Elise Philpott.
