Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/09/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 01/07/2025, I, Sofia Elizabella Wycišlik-Wilson, Ulica Jozefa Madzi 31 43-438 Brenna Slaskie Poland 43-438, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Mark Wycišlik-Wilson and assumed the name of Sofia Elizabella Wycišlik-Wilson.
