Property: Any right or interest whatsoever in the freehold land registered under title number GM763191 (being freehold land at 555 to 559 (odd) Chester Road and 2 to 12 (even) Talbot Road, Stretford); and also any right or interest whatsoever arising in or from a deed of transfer dated 27 February 1997 made between (1) Hazlitt House Limited and (2) Trimoco Holdings plc relating to freehold land at Chester Road and Talbot Road, Stretford as described in the First Schedule thereto and relating also to any such estate, title and interest in land as described in the Second Schedule thereto (adjoining land to the north of the land described in the said First Schedule).
