The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.13) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up a length of BOAT Cheadle 55/Checkley 40 at Cheadle, in the County of Staffordshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Staffordshire County Council, under reference SCC/21/0076/FULL-ES.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5977). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Cheadle Town Council, The Lodge, 21 Tean Road, Cheadle, Staffordshire Moorlands , ST10 1LG.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 16 July 2025.
