The Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 122(2) of the Environment Act 1995, amended the Environment Act 1995 (Implementation of Measures For Nitrogen Dioxide Compliance) Air Quality Direction 2018 on 14/05/2025 to remove reference to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council in schedules 1 and 2.
