NOTICE is hereby given that on 18th June 2025, a Petition for confirmation of the cancellation of the entire amount standing to the credit of its share premium account was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC145455 and its registered office at 1 George Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 2LL; in which Petition Lord Sandison, by Interlocutor dated 11 July 2025, allows all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto within 21 days after intimation and advertisement, which Notice is hereby given: 11 July 2025 Lord Sandison. The Lord Ordinary, having considered the petitioner's motion, 1. appoints intimation of this petition by abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc (the “Company") for confirmation of the cancellation of its share premium account, which was resolved upon by special resolution of the Company passed at the Company's duly convened general meeting on 21 May 2025 (the “Share Premium Account Cancellation”), to be made on the Walls in common form and to be advertised once in each of The Edinburgh Gazette and The Financial Times UK edition; 2. allows all parties claiming an interest to lodge answers, if so advised, within 21 days of that intimation and advertisement; 3. appoints Stephen Chan of Harper Macleod LLP, Citypoint, 65 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD, to be the Reporter for the Process; and remits the Process to him to report on the facts and circumstances set out in the Petition and on the regularity of the proceedings; 4. dispenses in hoc statu with the provisions of section 645(3) of the Companies Act 2006.
