1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Camden ('the Council') on 17 July 2025 have made the above Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be: in LAWN ROAD, in the London Borough of Camden:- (a) to relocate a ‘CA-B’ permit holders parking place outside No. 76 Lawn Road northward by 2.8 metres; and (b) to re-instate single yellow line ‘CA-B zone hours’ waiting restrictions, operating 9.30 am – 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9.30 am – 1.30 pm Saturday at the vacated kerb-side to the south of the relocated parking place; so as to facilitate a minor change to the location of an existing footway crossover.

3. Copies of the made Order, which will come into force on 18 July 2025, and of other documents relating to the Order, may be obtained by contacting traffic.orders@camden.gov.uk or may be inspected in person by prior appointment at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG, during normal office hours.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
