This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the conveners of the meeting, Nicholas Simmonds and Chris Newell, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 1st floor, 21 Station Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1AP.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. Under paragraph 97(1) of Schedule B1 to the act that Christopher Newell and Nicholas Simmonds be replaced as Administrators of the Company by Andrew McTear, Liquidator of Payerise Limited (In Liquidation). 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee, if sufficient nominations are received by 6 August 2025 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.

This virtual meeting will be recorded video and or/audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded .
