NOTICE OF A CRYPTO WALLET FREEZING ORDER PURSUANT TO SS.303Z36 & SS.303Z37 OF THE PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 (as amended by the CRIMINAL FINANCES ACT 2017)

(3) JOINT ADMINISTRATORS FOR THE ARENA GROUP

TAKE NOTICE that on 15th July 2025 in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 the Serious Fraud Office applied to Westminster Magistrates Court for a crypto wallet freezing order in respect of cryptoassets in the sum of 0.12555711 Bitcoin and 389.291616 USD Coin, held in the name of Richard Yeowart, relating to User ID ending c648 in a crypto wallet and/or account administered by a UK-connected service provider CB PAYMENTS LTD (“COINBASE”) OF THE SCALPEL, 18TH FLOOR, 52 LIME STREET, LONDON, EC2M 7AF.

This crypto wallet freezing order was granted for a period of 9 months or, until an account forfeiture order is granted in accordance with s.303Z41 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 or until this Order is varied or set aside by the Court; whichever is sooner.
