WHEREAS GEORGE WILSON (STONEHOUSE) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC106816 was dissolved on 19 October 2012; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said GEORGE WILSON (STONEHOUSE) LIMITED was heritably vest in ALL and WHOLE the subjects at Campbell Crescent, Bothwell shown tinted pink on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative hereto, which subjects form PART and PORTION of ALL and WHOLE those subjects more particularly described in, disponed by and shown known as delineated in red, hatched in brown and shaded pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to Feu Disposition by the Secretary of State for Scotland in favour of George Wilson (Stonehouse) Limited registered on 28th March 1993; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said GEORGE WILSON (STONEHOUSE) LIMITED came to my notice on 19th September 2023: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
