Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 07/09/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 04/07/2025, I, Ian David Jackson, 4 St. Marys York YO30 7DD, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ian Jackson and assumed the name of Ian David Jackson.
