Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27/10/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 04/07/2025, I, Dave Evans, 107 Manchester Road Hapton, Burnley Lancashire BB11 5RF, Single and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of David Evans and assumed the name of Dave Evans.
