Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23/06/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 04/07/2025, I, CHINAZOR ONYINYE OBIMDIKE, 8 Derwent Terrace Washington NE38 7AT, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 6(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of CHINAZOR ONYINYE MODEBELY and assumed the name of CHINAZOR ONYINYE OBIMDIKE.
