Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, (1) NCL PE-D, LLC and (ii) Landmark Equity Partners XV-D, LLC (the “Transferors”) ceased to be limited partners in Investindustrial VI L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP016943 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 30 June 2025, by virtue of a transfer by the Transferors of their entire interest in the Partnership to SP Irving Acquisitions L.P..
