Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, (1) Private Equity Managers (Healthcare) Offshore Holdings LLC (the “Transferor”) ceased to be a limited partner in MVM Fund III Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP011878 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 30 June 2025, by virtue of a transfer by the Transferor of its entire interest in the Partnership to SP Mulberry Acquisitions L.P.
