Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/10/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10/07/2025, I, Urvi Shah Amin, Flat 21 Stephens Lodge Woodside Lane London N12 8QH, Married/Civil Partnership British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Urvi Nikhil Amin and assumed the name of Urvi Shah Amin.
