Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24/10/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/07/2025, I, Sharon Rosemary Brisk, 31 Church Road Guildford Surrey GU1 4NQ, Single British Citizen Section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Simon Roderick Brisk and assumed the name of Sharon Rosemary Brisk.
