LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20**
THE BARNET (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
In order to provide a parking facility to disabled blue badge holders who meet qualifying criteria, the general effect of the above Orders would be to provide designated disabled parking bays for use by motorists in their vehicles who display both a valid disabled blue badge and a dedicated disabled permit which would be applicable to each bay, outside the following locations: outside 12 North Crescent N3, Broadhead Strand NW9 (Back of No.2 Gloster), outside 7 New Trinity Road N2, outside 12 Kitchener Road N2 (By converting an existing resident permit holder only parking bay operating 2pm to 3pm Monday to Friday), outside 49 Sevington Road NW4 (By converting an existing resident permit holder only parking bay operating 11am to 12pm Monday to Friday), outside No.114 Holden Road N12, Roscoff Close Ha8 (Rear of
13 Newton Walk), adjacent to 45 - 47 Coppies Grove N11, outside 52 Avondale Avenue N12, outside 103 Addison Way NW11, outside 15 Holly Park Road N11, outside 105 Hampden Way N14, opposite 93 - 95 Rayle Grove NW2, outside No.55 Meadfield HA8 (by converting an existing disabled parking bay), Baronsmere Road N2 (Side of No.34 High Road) (By converting an existing Paybyphone payment parking bay operating 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday Max Stay 4 hours) The general effect of the above Orders would also remove redundant disabled parking bays outside 99 Erskine Hill NW11 and outside
11 Wroughton Terrace NW4 (To be converted to a resident permit holder only parking bay operating 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. In order to assist with proposed introduction of a dedicated disabled permit holder only parking bay on Baronsmere Road N2 (side of 34 High Road) as mentioned above the general effect of the Orders would be to:
a) Convert an existing Paybyphone payment parking bay operating 8am to 6.30pm
Monday to Saturday Max Stay 4 hours on Baronsmere Road N2 (Side of No.34 High Road) into a general disabled parking bay operating ‘at all times’ for blue badge holders.
b) Convert an existing general disabled parking bay on Baronsmere Road N2 (Side of No.34 High Road) ‘operating
‘at all times’ for blue badge holders into a Paybyphone payment parking bay operating 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday Max Stay 4 hours.
