Episode 1 Investments 2 LP (LP018238) having its principal place of business at 112-116 New Oxford Street, London, WC1A 1HH (the "Partnership") hereby gives notice that The Wall Street Transcript Corporation Inc. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership on 6 June 2025 and, with effect from that date, 100% of the share of the Partnership held in its name was assigned equally to Rikki Tahta and Andrew Pickup.
