Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to BRIDGEPOINT EUROPE VIII A LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP024129 (the “Partnership”), that the following changes to the general partner of the Partnership have occurred:

1. Bridgepoint Private Equity Limited has retired and ceases to be the general partner of the Partnership.

2. Bridgepoint Europe VIII GP LLP has replaced Bridgepoint Private Equity Limited as the general partner of the Partnership.
