Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 07/08/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17/07/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Tommy Jack Isaac Burdett who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tommy Jack Isaac Yeomans and assumed the name of Tommy Jack Isaac Burdett.
