That on 9th April 2025, a Wise Payments Ltd account in the name Mateusz Marcin KORSZAK, was frozen under a POCA Account Freezing Order for 6 months. The balance of the account is US$16,005.55. The address on the account is 12 McCabe Place, Oxford OX3 0LQ and the sole signatory is Mateusz Marcin KORSZAK.

I, Detective Inspector 5280 Robert Havelock, of Thames Valley Police, am a senior officer within the meaning of S303Z2(4) of Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) am satisfied that the money (plus any interest accrued) is :

a) recoverable property; or

b) is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct

as per s303Z9(2) POCA.

Any person may object to the proposed forfeiture within the period for objecting, starting with the day after the notice is given. The period for objecting to this notice expires on 28th August 2025.
