NOTICE is hereby given that, effective as of 15 July 2025 (the “Effective Date”) TriSpan Investments Ltd has withdrawn from TRISPAN RS 04 INVESTMENTS (UK) LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023245 (the “Partnership”), as general partner and has accordingly ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership and TriSpan RS 04 GP LLP has been appointed as a general partner of the Partnership as of the Effective Date.
