The KING has directed that the Mention in Despatches awarded to Second Lieutenant John Patrick O’Halloran 2781906, dated 1 August 1967 (No. 44376), shall be cancelled following the award of the Medal for Gallantry by the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia for the same actions.
