Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that we, Dominic Paul Dumville and Henry Nicholas Page of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH, the joint liquidators of the above-named company, intend paying a Final dividend to the creditors within two months of the last date of proving specified below.
