Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Nicholas Dean craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 30 June 2025 to (a) be a director of The Glasgow Paving Company Ltd trading with the name “The Glasgow Paving Company” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of The Glasgow Paving Company Ltd using the name “The Glasgow Paving Company”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by The Glasgow Paving Company Ltd under the name “The Glasgow Paving Company”; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 11th August 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
