A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Avondale Environmental Limited (02463368) of Hillhouse International Business Park, Fleetwood Road North, Thornton-cleveleys FY5 4QD, whose nature of business is 39000 - Remediation activities and other waste management services, presented on Thursday 10 July 2025, at 12:32 by REVENUE SCOTLAND, of Victoria Quay, Leith Docks, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 03 September 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
