Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14/01/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 05/08/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Theodore Samuel Lucas Forster-Townsend who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Theodore Samuel Lucas Townsend and assumed the name of Theodore Samuel Lucas Forster-Townsend.
