Pursuant to Section 2 of the Zoo Licensing Act 1981, CFTR ZOO TRADING LTD Registered Office 33 Wootton Road, Kempston, Bedford, England, MK43 9BH, Company Reg. 1545426, hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make application to the Cornwall Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at St Leonards Equestrian Centre, Polson, Launceston PL15 9QR, United Kingdom. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3AY, United Kingdom between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
