This notice is hereby given by the Trustees to all parties who are or were members of Gate Gourmet London Pension Scheme or Gate Gourmet London Management Scheme ('the Schemes') under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. The Schemes are being wound-up, with members' benefits secured with an insurance company (Standard Life).

The Trustees believe all members of the Schemes and their benefits have been identified and announcements have been sent to all members for whom the Schemes hold an address.

If you were a member of either of the Schemes or believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Schemes – for example because you are the spouse or dependant of a member of the Schemes - and have not received any recent communication from the Trustees or the Scheme’s’ administrators, Gallagher, please send details of your claim specifying your full name, address, National Insurance number, the benefits you think you’re entitled to (for example because you believe you are a member or beneficiary of a member) and any other relevant documentation and evidence by post to: Gate Gourmet London Pension Scheme/Gate Gourmet London Management Pension Scheme, Gallagher, PO Box 323, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL14 9BL or email: gategourmet@ajg.com.

All claims must be submitted within two months from the date of this notification. After this date the Trustee will proceed to wind-up the Schemes and distribute their assets. The Trustee will not be liable to members' claims after the two-month deadline.
