Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Matisse GP Limited acting in its capacity as General Partner of Matisse 403 LP assigned the whole of its interest in BC European Capital IX-4 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014060 (the “Partnership"), to BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP. As a consequence of such transfer, BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Matisse GP Limited acting in its capacity as General Partner of Matisse 403 LP ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
