Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Keats 503 LLC acting in its capacity as General Partner of Keats 503 LP assigned the whole of its interest in BC European Capital IX-10 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014066 (the “Partnership"), to BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP. As a consequence of such transfer, BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Keats 503 LLC acting in its capacity as General Partner of Keats 503 LP ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
