Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Lexington Private Equity 23, L.P. assigned a portion of its interest in BC European Capital X Cyxtera AIV LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP017908 (the “Partnership"), to VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as general partner for and on behalf of PEV SB Employee Aggregator XII LP. As a consequence of such transfer, VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as general partner for and on behalf of PEV SB Employee Aggregator XII LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
