Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that JRP SPP 2017, L.P. assigned the whole of its interest in BC European Capital X - 10 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP018046 (the “Partnership"), to Tyrus Capital Global Alpha (A) Limited. As a consequence of such transfer, Tyrus Capital Global Alpha (A) Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and JRP SPP 2017, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
