Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Avadis Anlagestiftung Private Equity World VIII assigned the whole of its interest in BC European Capital IX7 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014063 (the “Partnership"), to BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP. As a consequence of such transfer, BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Avadis Anlagestiftung Private Equity World VIII ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
