Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11/09/2025, I, James Theodore Ashton, 69 Ashley Road Walton on Thames Surrey KT12 1HQ, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of James Theodore Phoenix and assumed the name of James Theodore Ashton.
