Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the order of District Judge Gibson sitting in chambers at Bristol Civil Justice Centre, in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Bristol, Insolvency and Companies List (Chancery Division) with court reference number: BR-2025-BRS-000006 dated 19 September 2025 (the Order), Gregory Andrew Palfrey was removed as an office-holder in the cases listed in the schedules below and (where applicable) the persons named were appointed as the replacement office-holders in his place.

Pursuant to the Order, the replacement office-holders also give notice as follows:
