The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Mill Avenue, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025” (S.R 2025 No. 155) which comes into operation on 31 October 2025.

The Rule will abandon an area of 337.065 square metres of road at Mill Avenue, Belfast extending from its junction with Wolfhill Manor for a distance of 51 metres in a south-westerly direction.

A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
