The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The U1105 Killybracken Road, Dungannon (Abandonment and Stopping-Up) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025” (S.R 2025 No.156) which comes into operation on 31 October 2025.

The Rule will abandon an area of 48 square metres of road at Killybracken Road, Dungannon from its junction with Eglish Road extending for a distance of 12 metres in a westerly direction and stop-up Killybracken Road at its junction with Eglish Road.

A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
