Tiny Supercomputer Holding Company 2021 LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, as amended (the Act), that Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company III L.P. has assigned to Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company Nominee III Limited its limited partner share in Tiny Supercomputer Holding Company 2021 LP, a limited partnership formed under Scottish law and that Act with registration number SL035133 (the Partnership). As of the date hereof, Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company Nominee III Limited is the sole limited partner in the Partnership.
