Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 18 September 2025, HgCapital Initial GP Limited (the “Initial General Partner”), transferred its general partner interest in Orion 1 Executive Co-Invest L.P. (the “Partnership”) to Orion 1 General Partner L.P. Inc. (the “New General Partner”). Consequently on that date, the New General Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a general partner and the Initial General Partner ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership.
