Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 24 September 2025, each of TH FI Holdco Limited and TH FI Phase 2 GP Limited (the “Exiting Members”) transferred the whole of their partnership interest in the TH FI Phase 2 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP022460 (the “Partnership”) to TH FI Phase 2 Midco Limited (the remaining limited partner of the Partnership). In connection with such transfers, the Exiting Members have retired as limited partners of the Partnership.
