A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Stirling House, 9 Burroughs Gardens, London, England, NW4 4AU presented on 26/08/2025 by ION ESTATES LTD of 97 Carlton Avenue East, Wembley, England, HA9 8LZ, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 08/10/2025 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
