Any creditor who has not already lodged a proof of debt or established their claim with the Joint Liquidators must do so on or before 14 October 2025.

If you do not submit a proof of debt on or before 14 October 2025, the Joint Liquidators are not obliged to adjudicate upon any proof of debt received thereafter and you may be excluded from dividends.
